Job Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce Operator to handle the operational aspects of marketplaces and digital platforms, with a focus on customer service, organization, and technology. Opportunity to work with technology and organization We are looking for an **E\-commerce Operator** to manage operations on **marketplaces and digital platforms**. If you are organized, communicative, and enjoy working with technology and customer service, this position is for you! **Daily Responsibilities** * Provide customer service for **pre- and post\-sales** (chat, e\-mail, 0800, Mercado Livre, Shopee, etc.). * Perform order **registration, invoicing, fulfillment, and tracking**. * Monitor and correct potential errors to **prevent stockouts**. * Take and edit **product photos** to improve listing conversion rates. * Provide general support for digital platform and marketplace operations. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience with Excel * Proficiency in **basic calculations**. * **Strong communication skills**, clear diction, and excellent writing ability. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but highly valued!)** * Experience with marketplaces such as **Mercado Livre, B2W, Magalu, and Shopee**. * Hands-on experience in e\-commerce operations.
