Responsibilities: A housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and organizing guest rooms and work areas according to hotel standards. Key duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, and keeping pantries clean and locked. Must notify the supervisor when rooms are ready or unavailable, monitor usage of supplies and amenities, avoid waste, and report equipment malfunctions or damages. Must also keep the service cart, hallways, pantry, and housekeeping department consistently organized, performing all job-related tasks responsibly and with attention to detail.
