Management of Service Orders (S.O.) and support to the technical team OPEN POSITION – TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR We are seeking a **Technical Supervisor** to provide support, configuration, and supervision of security and telephony systems, ensuring efficiency in technical service delivery and support to the technical team. **Desired Qualifications:** * Knowledge of electronic security systems; * Familiarity with **Sigma software**; * Strong communication skills and leadership ability; * Organization, proactivity, and problem-solving focus. * Valid driver’s license; * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in electronics. **Main Responsibilities:** * Configuration of **Access Control** systems; * Configuration of **IP Cameras, CCTV, and Cloud-based Cameras**; * Configuration of **Alarm Systems**; * Configuration of **Paradox Alarm Panels**; * Technical support via telephone; * Support and maintenance of the company’s **IP Telephony**; * Knowledge of Sigma software; * Assessment of possible causes for **sensor activations**; * Addressing company requirements for **external services**; * Technical assistance and support to technicians for departmental tasks; **Service Order (S.O.) Management:** * Filter maintenance S.O.s in **Sigma software**; * Access the Service system (Operational Function/Service Control); * Analyze pending S.O.s and identify issues that can be resolved **remotely or via telephone**; * Flag unsolved S.O.s to the administrative assistant via **Skype** for scheduling. **Support to the Technical Team:** * Clarify technical questions; * Guide solutions for operational issues; * Provide continuous support to the technical team.
