




**Job Description – Customer Support / Client Service** We are seeking a professional to provide **customer support and service via the Yungas platform**, ensuring clear, prompt, and efficient communication between the company and our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer support via Yungas, responding to inquiries, logging requests, and routing issues to the relevant departments. * Monitor open tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and full resolution of all requests. * Accurately record information on the platform, maintaining an organized and up-to-date history. * Assist customers in using services by guiding them through processes, features, and available solutions. * Identify opportunities for improving customer service and report recurring issues for internal optimization. **Requirements:** * Strong written communication skills and organizational ability. * Prompt response capability and problem-solving aptitude. * Familiarity with Google Workspace platforms (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Prior experience in customer service is a plus. * Familiarity with customer service platforms (e.g., Yungas, Zendesk) is desirable. **Desired Competencies:** * Empathy and courtesy. * Ability to multitask. * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines and service quality. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 24.00 per workday. * Transportation Allowance, as per current legislation. * TotalPass Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: BRL 1,800.00 – BRL 2,100.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
