Responsibilities and Duties Provide technical support to users, ensuring agile response and effective resolution of incidents related to hardware, software, connectivity, networks, printers, and other IT resources; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, devices, printers, and peripherals, ensuring operational continuity and optimal equipment performance; Configure, monitor, and support local networks (LAN/Wi\-Fi), including access control, fault identification, issue resolution, and stability and performance tracking; Execute installation, updates, and configuration of operating systems, corporate applications, productivity tools, and digital security policies defined by IT; Support access management (user creation, modification, and deactivation), adhering to internal policies, information security standards, and governance best practices; Monitor the IT environment, including bandwidth usage, network service functionality, antivirus, firewall, backup routines, and system integrity, logging and addressing incidents; Develop, maintain, and organize technical documentation, including asset inventory, operational procedures, maintenance records, and equipment movement tracking; Assist in procurement of IT equipment and supplies, supporting quotations, basic analyses, delivery follow-up, invoice registration, and supplier interaction; Support control and monitoring of IT service contracts and partners, contributing to renewals, reviews, administrative workflows, and performance indicators; Participate in projects and implementation of new IT infrastructures, collaborating on testing, configurations, and technical validations as directed by the team. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. **Fields of Study:** Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related areas* ️⃣ Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * ️⃣ Understanding of computer networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers); * ️⃣ Ability to identify and resolve simple technical issues; * ️⃣ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and productivity tools; * ️⃣ Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn; * ️⃣ Awareness of digital security and best practices for IT usage.
