Job Summary: The Industrial Refrigeration Assistant supports the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems, ensuring proper equipment operation. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, organization, and teamwork The Industrial Refrigeration Assistant provides support in installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and preservation of industrial refrigeration systems, assisting the responsible technician and contributing to proper equipment and operational performance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in installation, assembly, and disassembly of industrial refrigeration equipment; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of cold rooms, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other refrigeration systems; * Perform cleaning, organization, and preservation of parts, tools, and equipment; * Transport materials, tools, and components required for service calls; * Assist in identifying mechanical, electrical, and operational faults; * Support execution of functional tests and basic adjustments; * Complete service orders and maintenance records when requested; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; * Provide general support to technical and operational teams. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in progress or completed in Refrigeration, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields is a plus; * Prior experience in maintenance or refrigeration is desirable; * Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics; * Availability for field work and operational service calls. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Organization; * Agility; * Responsibility; * Willingness to learn; * Teamwork; * Commitment to safety and quality.
