




Job Summary: The HR/Personnel Department professional will be responsible for conducting recruitment processes, managing documentation, and supporting HR and personnel administration routines. Generalist approach to HR routines **Salary:** R$ 2.800,00 + bonus **Location:** Brodowski/SP **Benefits:** Food basket **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for employees; * Support conflict resolution and monitor labor-related matters when necessary; * Review pay slips, termination documents, payroll-related charges, and taxes; * Manage documentation, including organization and archiving of employee files; * Conduct individual meetings to monitor employee performance; * Generate and analyze attendance control reports; * Process and manage benefits and expense allowance cards; * Provide support for general Human Resources and personnel administration routines. **Prerequisites:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in the HR/Personnel Department field; * Organizational skills, confidentiality, strong communication abilities, and people skills; * Proactive profile with capacity for generalist performance.
