




**Objective:** * Operate ground emergency vehicles for patient care and transport. Employee is stationed at the home base and responds to emergencies on public roads, corporate premises, residences, clinics, and hospitals upon dispatch by the emergency response center. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily vehicle inspection checklist for the assigned shift ambulance and reserve ambulances; * Initiate Service Orders and notify supervisor and fleet maintenance department whenever mechanical, electrical, or other types of maintenance are required; monitor resolution of maintenance issues; * Participate in training programs focused on pre-hospital care, traffic legislation, and defensive driving; * Immediately inform supervisor in case of involvement in any traffic accident—whether with or without injuries—and follow company-established procedures; * Possess comprehensive knowledge of the assigned vehicle and perform basic vehicle maintenance; * Be thoroughly familiar with local road networks; * Know the locations of all healthcare facilities integrated into the local healthcare system; * Assist healthcare teams with basic life support maneuvers, immobilization techniques, and victim transportation; * Perform basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR); * Identify all types of equipment carried in emergency response vehicles and their respective uses to support healthcare teams; **Prerequisites:** * High school diploma; CNH Category D driver’s license; valid Emergency Vehicle Driver Training Certificate compliant with national qualification and operational standards. * Pre-Hospital Care Training Certificate.
