YOUR MISSION: Serve as Shift Coordinator, leading partners’ shifts with the customer always first, resolving issues, overseeing operational activities and team leadership, and cultivating a pleasant and enchanting environment for both customers and on-duty partners. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure excellence in customer service; * Cash register opening and closing; * Receiving goods and properly storing products; * Responsible for managing the store’s shift—including planning and executing the work schedule; * Ensure quality, food safety, and cleanliness processes comply with current legislation; * Support people development and results management; * Assist in achieving proposed targets and ensuring customer satisfaction; * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
