Job Description The Production Assistant directly supports the production flow, ensuring proper material preparation, departmental organization, and maintenance of quality throughout the process. Responsibilities * Assist in cutting, measuring, and sorting materials such as tarps and screens. * Support seamstresses and other production staff. * Package, fold, label, and move finished products. * Conduct visual inspection for defects and report irregularities to the coordinator. * Organize the department, maintain cleanliness, and comply with safety regulations. * Support inventory control and organization of materials used by the department. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Prior production experience preferred but not mandatory. * Basic proficiency with tape measure, ruler, and measurement. * Organization, proactivity, agility, commitment, and ability to work in a team.
