Join the Atlas GR team, a national reference in risk management for road cargo transportation! **Your main responsibilities:** * Monitor trips in real time using tracking systems; * Handle alerts of various levels with or without Monitoring System (MS), according to the client's Risk Management Plan (PGR); * Send commands and messages to trackers to prevent risks and ensure compliance with insurance policies; * Answer and make calls and send messages via phone and WhatsApp to drivers and customers; * Notify the Intelligence Center (CIA) in cases of suspected incidents; * Perform vehicle check\-lists, testing sensors and actuators; * Contribute suggestions for operational improvements; * Meet SLA targets and maintain service excellence.
