This individual will assist with administrative routines of the Human Resources Department and Access Control (Reception). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support to the Human Resources Department; * Document management (signature tracking, deadline monitoring, scanning, and archiving); * Data entry into systems and spreadsheets; * Recording and correcting data in the electronic time clock system; * Assistance in preparing documents; * Support for company access control (reception) and postal services activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in High School or Undergraduate studies (evening classes); * Mandatory availability from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday; * Dynamic, organized, and responsible profile.
