Visit our website: useelizah.com.br We are hiring an Intern for our Customer Service Department. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Logistics, Marketing, or Business Administration; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Typing proficiency; Communication skills; Organizational skills; Teamwork skills; **Responsibilities:** Support customer service department requests, monitor sales representatives' customer service, track orders and returns, assist customers in resolving issues and fulfilling any necessary requests, monitor all deliveries and communication with our partners, oversee updates to the company website, and ensure the best shopping experience for our customers. **Internship Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
