




* Develop strategic texts and copy for institutional, promotional, and commercial campaigns, focusing on conversion, positioning, and strengthening brand language. * Ensure consistency of Fito's tone of voice across different channels (social media, e\-mail, landing pages, scripts, printed materials, and internal/external communications). * Create and adapt campaigns and creative concepts, including video scripts and content calendars, ensuring narrative impact and textual performance. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic meetings, proposing creative solutions in collaboration with design, branding, performance, events, and product teams. * Support the creation and review of language manuals and tone of voice guides, contributing to the consolidation of the brand's verbal identity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications; Advertising and Public Relations; Journalism; Marketing; Languages or related fields; Previous experience in content production, content marketing, or copywriting, preferably in institutional communication, brand campaign environments, or agencies; Familiarity with storytelling techniques, mental triggers, SEO, and data-driven copywriting; Work Mode On-site work; Monday to Friday schedule.
