Promote and implement a data-driven culture within the area VP: CFO Department: Management Control Work Location: Eco Berrini - SP We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a strong emphasis on data validation activities, to build solutions aligned with business needs, analyzing data related to Vivo’s commissioning processes, aiming to ensure data quality, identify opportunities and gaps, and guarantee the team’s results and performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, develop, and maintain data validation processes, based on an understanding of business needs. * Establish data quality criteria and metrics, such as accuracy, completeness, and consistency. * Understand the existing data ecosystem to ensure optimal use of information. * Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand analytical needs and provide recommendations/solutions that address organizational challenges using data-driven insights. * Develop KPIs to monitor data behavior. * Promote and implement a data-driven culture within the area. * Conduct root cause analyses for data quality issues and implement corrective actions. * Attend team ceremonies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Academic background preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Processing, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Data Analyst. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to interpret complex data. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies. * Experience in data modeling (relational and multidimensional). * Experience with databases such as Oracle and Teradata. * Knowledge of Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Hive, and Spark. * Experience with PL/SQL programming. * Knowledge of Telecom and Commissioning workflows. * Desired: knowledge of Databricks **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
