We are looking for a **Mid-Level Recruitment and Selection Analyst** to strengthen our People and Culture team. We're seeking someone organized, communicative, and with a strong sense of priority. Here, you will be the driving force behind creating selection journeys that connect talent with Blue3's purpose. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; * Partner with leaders to understand job requirements and develop effective attraction strategies; * Post job openings on internal and external channels (Corporate TV, Groups, LinkedIn, social media, etc.); * Use recruitment platforms and AI tools for screening and cultural fit analysis; * Conduct competency-based interviews and administer case studies when necessary; * Prepare evaluations of finalists and support leadership in hiring decisions; * Lead job offers and negotiations with approved candidates in collaboration with internal teams; * Foster partnerships with universities, events, and career fairs; * Keep the talent pool updated and monitor departmental metrics (SLA, turnover, etc.); * Conduct new employee experience assessments; * Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in departmental processes and policies; * Conduct Institutional Onboarding; * Support other People and Culture subsystems whenever necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Previous experience in recruitment and selection, managing full-cycle processes; * Familiarity with competency-based interviews, R&S tools, and platforms such as Gupy; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; * Organized, detail-oriented, and strong sense of prioritization; * Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow within the area; * Availability for 100% in-person work in Ribeirão Preto/SP. **Additional information** * Gympass / Wellhub \- access to physical wellness platform; * Zenklub \- access to emotional wellness platform; * Access to exclusive Blue3 educational platforms; * Medical and dental insurance.
