Contribute to rapid network expansion, risk and cost reduction, supporting the pursuit of optimal business outcomes. **Activity Description:** * Develop detailed execution, communication, and project monitoring plans, ensuring all aspects are considered. * Develop and monitor project schedules and performance indicators, ensuring alignment with established objectives. * Create, manage, and update all project documentation and reports, ensuring information accuracy and availability. * Identify, map, and monitor project-related risks, implementing mitigation and contingency strategies as necessary. * Coordinate efforts of all suppliers and involved parties, ensuring effective collaboration and activity synchronization. * Maintain detailed records of all project-related information and events, ensuring traceability and accessibility for reference. * Facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensuring all updates, changes, and decisions are clearly conveyed and understood. * Ensure compliance with the company's project management methodologies and standards, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. * Lead and mediate harmonious relationships among stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and project phases and deadlines are fulfilled. * Pursue continuous development, enhance self-awareness and technical knowledge, and stay updated on industry best practices and innovations to deliver excellent service. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Building Construction, with completed or ongoing Higher Education in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Knowledge of construction site and project management * Knowledge of project approval processes and construction documentation * Knowledge of risk management strategies and practices * Basic knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD and SketchUp) * Basic knowledge of project management software, preferably Monday * Proficiency with software and basic computer skills (Office Suite, file extensions, Windows, etc.) * Class B Driver's License and availability for travel * Experience in franchise deployment will be an advantage
