




Description: * Relevant Regulatory Standards (NRs); * First aid; * Office Suite; * Integration Training on Procedures/Standards. * Analyze workstations and their facilities, identifying potential accident causes and communicating findings to staff in order to promote preventive measures; * Guide personnel regarding unsafe working conditions and actions, indicating procedures to be followed and necessary precautions to preserve health and physical integrity; * Inspect safety and firefighting equipment, ensuring proper operation and taking appropriate actions to ensure workplace safety; * Monitor and guide activities carried out by CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee), participating in periodic meetings, resolving existing doubts, and participating in PPRA (Environmental Risk Prevention Program) to meet requirements of the Ministry of Labor; * Develop, design, and implement safety signage throughout the company's internal and external premises to ensure everyone's safety; * Participate in the coordination of SIPAT (Internal Accident Prevention Week) as guidance; * Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) with staff to raise awareness about workplace safety; * Prepare EPI (Personal Protective Equipment) records for newly hired employees, instructing and informing them about usage, accident risks, and organizational regulations; * Request safety-related equipment such as PPE, firefighting gear, among others, complying with requirements from Fire Department and Ministry of Labor; * Monitor and carry out PCMSO (Occupational Medical Surveillance Program) directives in compliance with Ministry of Labor requirements; * Schedule and refer employees for periodic medical examinations according to labor legislation; * Issue PPP (Social Security Occupational Profile) upon employee termination; * Act as a training instructor to qualify personnel in accident and occupational disease prevention; * Assist in basic ergonomic assessments, analyzing workstations and chairs, evaluating workers' posture to improve working conditions and prevent occupational diseases; * Maintain updated records of workplace accidents, analyzing their causes and monitoring implementation and effectiveness of required corrective and preventive actions; * Perform other related duties as determined by immediate supervisor. 251013020224340045
