### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of people and assets in emergency situations, coordinating the civilian firefighter team in prevention, firefighting, and rescue operations. This professional must act proactively, leading the team during training and interventions, as well as maintaining efficient communication with other departments within the company or institution. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the civilian firefighter team, ensuring proper execution of tasks and adherence to safety regulations; * Plan and conduct periodic training sessions for the team, including emergency simulations and instructions on the use of firefighting equipment; * Develop and implement fire prevention and safety programs, assessing risks and proposing improvements to existing procedures; * Coordinate firefighting, rescue, and emergency response actions, ensuring efficiency and safety during operations; * Supervise the maintenance and inspection of firefighting equipment, ensuring it is always in operational condition; * Record and report incidents, preparing incident reports and activity summaries performed by the team; * Ensure all activities comply with current safety legislation and regulations. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * High school diploma preferred; * Preferred qualification as a Civilian Firefighter, with certification recognized by competent authorities; * Additional courses in First Aid and Firefighting will be considered advantageous; * Basic education completion preferred; * Relevant experience in the role is desirable; * Personal conduct; * Communication skills; * Leadership. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT #### **Dear candidate, by applying for this position, you acknowledge and agree that your application data and information will be shared with Talentbrand and made available to the hiring company.**
