WellHub (Gympass). **Job Description** We are seeking an **Technical Service Operations Leader** to organize the daily operation routine, support the technical team, and ensure service execution with quality, productivity, and standardization. This role will be responsible for training the team, monitoring performance indicators, and acting as a "player\-coach" when necessary. **Responsibilities** * Plan the operational routine by defining priorities, routes, and tasks. * Ensure technical, operational, and quality standards. * Train, guide, and supervise the technical team. * Create and update SOPs and standardization documents. * Perform or assist with service tasks when needed. * Conduct technical diagnostics, validate reports and estimates. * Monitor key performance indicators (productivity, rework, SLA). * Organize workshop, inventory, and tools. * Quickly resolve operational issues. * Ensure excellent customer service. * Identify and implement continuous improvements. **Requirements** * **Technical degree** in Refrigeration, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related areas. * **2 to 5 years of experience** in the role. * Knowledge in refrigeration, basic/intermediate electrical systems, and preventive/corrective maintenance. * Experience in assembling and diagnosing beer dispensing systems or similar equipment is desirable. * Ability to read/write technical reports and interpret failures. * Familiarity with SOPs, standardization, and systems (CRM, work orders, spreadsheets). **Behavioral Competencies** Results-driven profile, operational discipline, results orientation, clear communication, organization, initiative, strong teaching ability, interpersonal skills, and resilience.
