Support for audits and reporting to shareholders GS Inima Brasil \| Ribeirão Preto \- SP \| On-site Job Description ❇️ Will support business areas in defining, assessing, and strengthening the Internal Controls environment, ensuring SOX Act compliance, process efficiency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include mapping processes, developing and reviewing controls, conducting periodic testing, supporting audits, preparing monitoring reports for shareholders, and assisting in implementing the parent company’s internal controls—ensuring the internal control system operates with clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.* ️**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1h12 lunch break. ️ **Meal/Voucher Allowance** – support for your daily meals **Christmas Basket** – a special gesture at year-end **Health Insurance Plan** – comprehensive care for you **Dental Insurance Plan** – always keeping your oral health in check ️ **Life Insurance (at no cost)** – protection for you and your family **Transportation Voucher** – convenience for your daily commute **Medication Assistance** – financial support for treatments and prescriptions ️ **Wellhub** – access to gyms and physical activities **Pluxee Cuida** – psychological, social, nutritional, legal, and financial counseling **Private Pension Plan** – with 100% employer contribution **Profit and Results Sharing (PLR)** – recognition of your performance Responsibilities and Duties Map, review, and enhance internal processes and controls, ensuring efficiency and adherence to internal policies and regulations; Develop flowcharts, narratives, and control matrices to support analyses and assessments; Execute Design Effectiveness (ToD) and Operating Effectiveness (ToE) tests, proposing improvements whenever necessary; Monitor internal control recommendations, action plans, and control gaps (GAPs), tracking their implementation; Support internal and external audits, ensuring availability of information and evidence; Prepare technical reports and presentation materials on results for managers, involved departments, and shareholders; Support business areas in standardizing processes, implementing controls, and defining policies; Assist in "integrated audit" testing, conducted in accordance with Spanish shareholders’ requirements; Support evaluation of the internal control environment for each new company joining the Group. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor’s degree. **Fields of Study:** Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Risk Management, or related disciplines.* ️⃣ Prior experience in Internal Controls, *Compliance*, Auditing, or SOX will be considered an advantage; * ️⃣ Knowledge of processes, risks, and controls (mapping, flowcharts, and matrices); * ️⃣ Analytical capability and ability to prepare reports and presentations; * ️⃣ Clear and precise communication skills when interacting with executive audiences, including managers, directors, and senior management. Desirable Requirements **Languages:** Intermediate English and Spanish will be considered advantages.* ️⃣ Advanced Excel and Power BI experience; * ️⃣ Experience with process and control monitoring tools will be considered an advantage; * ️⃣ Experience in internal and external audits.
