Examine and release all documentation for trucks and drivers. Monitor and perform checklists on trucks. Carry out administrative, financial, and purchasing routines, obtain quotes, issue and manage purchase and service orders, enter invoices, monitor material inventory, and organize files and documents. Enter checklist data and black balls, place pumping requests and adjust them in spreadsheets, record pumping in the ERP system, generate payment reports, enter invoices into a specific expense control spreadsheet, cash flow, and bank control.
