Job Summary: An organized, careful, and disciplined professional to assist in logistics, conservation, and inventory control of artworks, ensuring the gallery remains fully operational. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, care, and discretion in handling artworks 2. Support in logistics for receiving, shipping, and installing exhibitions 3. Maintaining the gallery clean, organized, and functional Packaging and preparation of artworks for shipment Physical inventory organization and control Support in exhibition installation (artwork hanging) Cleaning and conservation of artworks (following technical guidelines) Tracking artwork entry and exit (postal services and freight carriers) Entering and updating inventory spreadsheets Support in receiving and shipping logistics Maintaining the gallery clean, organized, and functional **Requirements:** **Desired Profile:** Organized, careful, and disciplined profile Discretion and responsibility when handling information and artworks Commitment to routine and processes Proficiency in manual and operational tasks Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) Strong internal communication skills (no customer-facing responsibilities) Verifiable professional references Availability for on-site work Trustworthy, stable, and committed profile Commitment to confidentiality and discretion regarding gallery operations **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping Experience in installation, furniture handling, or delicate artworks Understanding of technical packaging (fragile/high-value items) Valid driver's license (not mandatory) Benefits Transportation allowance (VT) and additional benefits to be determined
