Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and moving cargo, handling parcels and special shipments, controlling service quality, and operating loading and unloading equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Cargo handling and parcel management 2. Quality control and equipment operation 3. Communication with dispatch and logistics Prepare cargo for loading and unloading; move goods in trucks; deliver and collect parcels; handle special cargo; repair damaged packaging; and control the quality of services provided. Operate loading and unloading equipment; communicate with dispatch and logistics departments, issuing, receiving, and verifying messages, notifying and requesting transportation-related information, authorizations, and instructions for cargo loading and unloading.
