**HR ANALYST POSITION – RIBEIRÃO PRETO/SP \- K\-LAB DIGITAL** **100% on-site work in Ribeirão Preto / SP** **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **CLT employment contract** \+ Benefits **Requirements:** · Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology. · Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience. · Experience with e\-Social, labor calculations, and payroll processing. · **Knowledge of SAP HR systems** · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable. · Basic English proficiency. · **Preferred qualifications: knowledge of QMS (Quality Management Systems) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industries.** **Key Responsibilities:** **Consultative Role and Development** · Support leaders on topics including organizational culture, human development, conflict resolution, and performance management. · Plan, implement, and monitor performance evaluation cycles. · Assist leaders in structuring job openings, job descriptions, development pathways, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). · Plan and execute human development programs. · Organize internal endomarketing initiatives and corporate events. **Recruitment and Selection** · Conduct end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes (job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and feedback). · Ensure hiring quality and cultural fit. **Payroll & Labor Processes Department** · Execute and verify payroll processing (data entry, calculations, and statutory charges). · Resolve discrepancies in electronic timekeeping records. · Monitor vacations, terminations, homologations, and other labor routine activities. · Conduct onboarding and offboarding procedures. · Respond to labor audits, inspections, and managerial requests related to labor matters. · Monitor periodic occupational health examinations. **Benefits, Systems, and Reporting** · Administer benefits (enrollments, cancellations, maintenance). · Support implementation and configuration of HR systems. · Update and prepare managerial reports.
