Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with standards and optimizing processes and products through continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) 2. Implementation of continuous improvement plans for processes and products 3. Management of audits and control of non-conformities Responsible for coordinating and implementing the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with standards, internal procedures, and legal requirements. Manages audits, non-conformity control, performance indicator analysis, and implementation of continuous improvement plans for processes and products **Responsibilities and Duties** **What you will do here:** * Monitor and report performance indicators (KPIs), processes, and action plans related to quality; * Coordinate and conduct internal audit programs to ensure regulatory compliance; * Implement continuous improvement projects to optimize process and product quality; * Manage non-conformities, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions; * Plan inspection and control systems, validating the technical compliance of materials and inputs; * Develop corporate policies and procedures aligned with quality standards; * Provide technical support and deliver strategic information to planning departments; * Conduct training on regulations, technical standards, and quality culture; * Administer the documentation system of quality management; * Manage customer complaint handling, monitoring problem resolution and final satisfaction. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek in you:** * Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in the food industry; * Intermediate-level proficiency with SAP; * Experience in team management; * Experience in internal auditing. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** Meal Allowance On-site cafeteria; Health Insurance – Unimed Dental Insurance – Unimed Life Insurance Zenklub Pharmacy Benefit Profit Sharing (PLR) Private Pension Plan Discount on company products Access to SESI Club Wellhub Founded in 1942, Santa Helena is Brazil’s largest peanut-based food manufacturer.
