




Description: Our Internal Sales Representatives are responsible for the customer journey within our store! They provide the first point of contact, always seeking to understand each customer's real needs and challenges in order to offer the best individualized solution. To achieve this, we provide constant technical training so they stay up-to-date with the latest developments in our industry. After all, more than just selling paint, we sell SOLUTIONS to our customers' problems, aiming to build, develop, and maintain a customer portfolio through close and transparent relationships. Our Counter Sales Representatives also have access to various resources and decision-making authorities, enabling them to negotiate and close sales quickly and independently, while still having managerial support for more complex situations.
