Technical Skills: 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2. Basic knowledge of systems or digital platforms (ability to learn and navigate the product). 3. Customer service, support, or post-sales experience. 4. Familiarity with requirement mapping and incident logging. Basic database knowledge and ability to run queries would be a plus.
