As a Production Assistant, you will support the Production Analyst in executing the construction project, contributing to quality, schedule adherence, and cost control in accordance with company-defined standards. You will assist in supervising on-site service execution and monitoring the physical progress of the project using a specific schedule; attend periodic meetings with field teams and suppliers to align activity scheduling; help identify potential deviations and propose corrective action plans; and support implementation of occupational safety measures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the physical progress of the construction project by verifying and tracking operational service execution on site, utilizing an IT system for recording, ensuring compliance with procedures, schedules, designs, and service quality, as well as supporting implementation of occupational safety measures. * Perform administrative tasks related to the construction project, such as document filing and delivery, form completion, entering invoices into the system, reporting sustainability indicators, adjusting time clock records, assisting with scheduling medical examinations, cost allocations, site assignments, payments/reimbursements, and other general administrative routines associated with the project. * Hold periodic meetings with field teams and suppliers to align activity scheduling, identify possible deviations, and develop action plans for correction. * Prepare supplier measurement spreadsheets using specific documentation for manager approval. * Prepare competitive bidding tables for procurement of materials and services. * Maintain contact with suppliers throughout the entire process—from contract drafting and budgeting to invoicing and supplier performance tracking. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations at the construction site, managing, verifying, and maintaining occupational safety documentation—including Work Orders, Checklists, Preliminary Risk Analyses, Work Permits, PPE Records, etc. * Analyze the physical-financial progress of the department: collect field data on physical progress, generate requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts in the system, manage material inventory, monitor on-site material consumption, analyze expenditures, contract balances, forecasts, and potential deviations—consolidating and presenting this information to the Project Manager to support decision-making. * Assist in audits conducted by support departments, following company procedures and standards to ensure achievement of project goals. * Manage inventory and material delivery, registering all material entries and exits on site to ensure adherence to the established schedule and deadlines. * Populate area-specific KPIs by conducting relevant analyses for performance measurement and continuous improvement. * Carry out other duties related to the position, as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desirable Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering **Desired Knowledge** * Microsoft Office Suite * AutoCAD * Safety Standards (specific) * Technical Standards (specific) — Drawing Interpretation **Additional Information** **Benefits — What We Offer?** **Transportation Allowance:** Assistance covering commuting costs from your home to the internship location. **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** R$31.80 per business day; **Corporate University:** An investment in your professional growth and development; **Wellhub/Gympass:** Your wellbeing comes first!
