If you identify with our values, this opportunity is for you. ***This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PCD)*** Job Location: São Joaquim da Barra/SP ***Job Type: Internal and External*** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in PCM; * Completed technical degree in Administration **or** ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration or Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * **Preferred:** Knowledge of Power BI or MS Project. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and control maintenance activities, including backlog management; * Lead meetings with Operations and Maintenance teams to prioritize requests, define schedules, and assess workforce availability; * Monitor activity execution via maintenance systems and on-site validations; * Develop weekly PCM plans and track monthly performance indicators; * Continuously monitor equipment releases for production; * Develop and manage maintenance shutdown schedules; * Request quotations for materials and services, maintain supplier contact, and support partner development. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Clear and objective communication for cross-departmental interaction; * Initiative and proactivity in seeking information; * Flexibility and openness to change; * Resilience; * Teamwork; * Direct and assertive communication. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:48 PM, with a 1 hour and 30 minute lunch break; *Our culture is based on caring for you — therefore, we recognize the importance of every individual.* **Key Benefits:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Total Pass transportation benefit; Meal allowance; Payroll-deductible loan; Life insurance; Private pension plan; Newborn kit; Univittia.
