**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform accounting and management closing, ensuring accuracy of information and compliance with accounting standards; * Prepare and analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement); * Execute accounting reconciliations and review of balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Monitor, review, and track cost centers, allocations, provisions, and budget variances; * Prepare managerial reports and performance analyses to support decision-making; * Participate in the design and standardization of policies, processes, and internal controls; * Support internal and external audits by providing required data and evidence; * Use advanced Excel and Power BI for modeling, consolidation, analysis, and presentation of accounting and managerial information. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data modeling; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Experience in accounting closing routines, financial statements, cost accounting, and controlling; * Knowledge of reconciliations, cost centers, and provisions; **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance; * Chartered transportation; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * On-site cafeteria; * Educational institution partnerships.
