Job Summary:
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data quality and consistency to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI management dashboards and reports.
• Develop and monitor Quiver System indicators and reports, ensuring alignment with business needs;
• Address requests from the company and internal departments, such as HR, Finance, and other strategic areas;
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in analyses;
• Create KPIs and analyses that support strategic decision-making;
• Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate needs into analytical solutions;
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes;
• Document BI models, metrics, and processes;
• Support end users in interpreting data and using dashboards.

Requirements: Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, KPI development, and statistical analysis;
• Ability to perform quantitative analysis, interpret data, and build KPIs that support strategic decision-making;
• Experience in insurance operations will be considered a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence (BI), Information Management, Statistics, or related fields.
