




**Description** Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the group’s accounting information by performing journal entries, analyses and reconciliations, tax calculations, and asset control, as well as preparing management reports, supporting audits, and assisting with compliance regarding ancillary obligations. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1:30 lunch break; **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform accounting recording of information, analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts, adjustments to journal entries, updates to values, and provisions for prepaid expenses (e.g., insurance, subscriptions); account reconciliation; and issuance of debit/credit notes; Conduct analysis of journal entries in income statement and balance sheet accounts, both pre- and post-closing, across all companies within the group; Analyze accounting, tax, and financial documents, implementing necessary actions; Execute the accounting recording and control process for customer receivables across all group companies, starting from receipt of reports from the Granting Authority, through analysis and reconciliation of financial controls, to actual posting of accounting entries into the system; Analyze and verify accounting integrations originating from other systems (RM payroll system and Sansys accounts receivable system); Support preparation of ancillary obligations (SPED ECF – Fiscal Accounting Ledger and ECD – Digital Accounting Ledger); Assist in controlling and calculating revenue and taxes, including calculation of current and deferred IRPJ and CSLL; Support asset control, both managerial and systematic, including calculation of accounting depreciation/amortization and mapping of fixed assets where applicable; Perform accounting and financial controls for consortia maintained by the group, including reconciliation of accounting accounts; Prepare, monitor, issue, and submit monthly management reports and related information to coordinators and executive management; Support monitoring of accounting activities conducted outside the Ribeirão Preto base, particularly concerning internal processes and ERP system usage; Support audit activities and document gathering; Assist in the accounting classification of contracts, purchase orders, and other acquisitions, as well as issuing management reports when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree. **Fields of Study:** Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related disciplines; **Specific Knowledge in:** Intermediate Microsoft Office suite (with emphasis on data analysis tools); Knowledge/experience with SAP system.
