Support in identifying mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures **Position: Mechanical Assistant** **Aerial Work Platform Rental Company** **About the Position** We are looking for a Mechanical Assistant to join our maintenance team, supporting activities related to preservation, repair, and preparation of fleet aerial work platforms. **Responsibilities** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of aerial work platforms * Support identification of basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures * Perform equipment cleaning, organization, and lubrication * Assist in assembly and disassembly of mechanical components * Maintain tool organization and workplace order * Support the responsible mechanic during pre- and post-rental equipment inspections **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a mechanical assistant (preference for heavy equipment or hydraulic systems) * Basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, or electricity * Driver's license category B (preferred) * Flexible working hours **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance and meal voucher * Opportunity for growth and technical learning Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed high school (preferred) Experience: * Mechanical experience (preferred) Travel Availability: * 50% (preferred) Work Location: On-site
