For the position of **Construction Technician**, your primary challenge will be to plan and conduct inspections during and after the execution of construction production processes, contributing to the quality of completed/released services in order to ensure proper compliance with quality standards, project specifications, work instructions, and other applicable requirements. If you are a proactive individual who enjoys challenges and is capable of turning bold dreams into reality, this opportunity is for you!! **\#JoinAlea.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assessing the quality and completion status of services performed on construction sites, based on the list of requirements specified in the Service Verification Sheets (SVS); * Evaluating adherence to process standards (e.g., Work Instructions (WI), material specifications, etc.) during construction service execution; * Evaluating compliance with project-specified requirements for each service during construction execution (e.g., measurements, layout, materials); * Monitoring the correction of non-conforming items identified during quality inspections, ensuring task quality as well as preservation of service completion and construction schedule; * Monitoring correct implementation of special product- and process-related treatments indicated by supporting technical areas (e.g., Projects, R&D); * Reporting inspection progress on site schedule boards and performance dashboards, highlighting potential issues, constraints, impacts, and solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; a Technical Diploma in Construction is an advantage. * Metrology training; * Ability to read and interpret architectural construction drawings; * Experience with standard procedures and/or service inspections; * Willingness to travel; * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance (provided via card); * Birthday day off; * Meal allowance: BRL 33.00 per day (Ifood benefits); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Daycare assistance up to the child’s second birthday (for mothers); * Additional unpaid maternity leave of one month; * Extended paternity leave (15 days); * Partnership club.
