Will be involved in planning, team coordination, resource management, and on-site activity monitoring. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and plan project implementation; * Coordinate teams and resources; * Ensure quality, deadlines, and safety; * Resolve on-site issues and monitor reports; * Facilitate communication between field and administrative staff. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education + technical course (mechanical, electrical, civil, or related fields); * Experience in construction project management and team leadership; * Administrative knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Availability for travel and overtime. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Spanish (conversational).
