




CF Sistemas, a Fire Protection Systems Engineering company, is hiring for its business area. The responsibilities of this position will be: Responsible for client contact to understand their needs and offer solution options that meet each demand, following up on the entire development of the commercial proposal and internal coordination with the Engineering, Projects, Budgeting, and Management teams, for subsequent formalization of the proposal and negotiation with the client; Conduct market research for new projects within the fire protection systems portfolio. Prospect new clients and build relationships. Have a commercial strategy aimed at seeking and building strong client relationships. Participate in client visits/meetings to understand their needs and translate these into suitable technical and commercial solutions. Perform post-sales activities – monitoring the project lifecycle from conception to final delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed commercial and technical requirements. \*Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in business analysis or commercial areas, preferably in engineering companies, automotive manufacturers, technology firms, or equipment suppliers. Strategic thinking, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. Strong communication and active listening skills to understand client needs. English proficiency is desirable.
