Job Description: Will be responsible for increasing brand and product visibility on the shelves of points of sale (POS) under their management. To achieve this, the professional must develop strategies and define actions together with the trade and commercial teams. Responsibilities and Duties: Visit POS to verify correct product placement and ensure proper storage and usage of brand products; Strategically position products to attract customers; Enhance brand presence at POS by highlighting its benefits, prices, and promotions; Achieve sales targets set by the commercial team for the POS under their management; Place promotional materials in strategic locations previously agreed upon with the management of all POS; Monitor product stock organization at POS; Ensure POS comply with contractual obligations; Negotiate new product display spaces; Perform daily FIFO (First In, First Out) checks on products at POS and in stock nearing expiration dates; Requirements and Qualifications: Completed high school education Customer service experience is a plus; Prior experience in the retail sector—preferably in food and beverages—is a plus; Strong verbal communication skills Knowledge of check-in and check-out systems Skills: Be organized, given tasks such as stock counting and product placement on shelves; Have strong interpersonal skills, as constant interaction with POS staff is required; Be results-oriented, as performance targets must be met; Possess strategic vision to plan for sales expansion at POS; Reside in Tatuapé\- SP Additional Information: Salary: R$ 1\.699,23 Benefits: Meal Voucher Food Voucher Transportation Voucher Dental Assistance directly through the Union, with no payroll deduction.
