Junior Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Junior Procurement Analyst. As a Junior Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting operational procurement activities, assisting in the acquisition of materials, services, and supplies with quality, competitive cost, and within established deadlines. You will support supplier management, prepare quotations, issue and track purchase orders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and company procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and price research with registered and new suppliers; * Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery and fulfillment of agreed terms; * Assist in evaluating and approving new suppliers; * Maintain up-to-date supplier and material records in the ERP system; * Support inventory control and analysis, identifying replenishment needs; * Perform administrative receipt of invoices and document verification; * Monitor supplier performance indicators (delivery time, quality, and cost); * Ensure adherence to internal standards, compliance policies, and procurement procedures; * Assist in resolving logistical and administrative issues with suppliers; * Prepare simple managerial reports on procurement and costs. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * **Experience:** Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or PCP areas. * Availability to work 100% in Brodowski/SP.
