Description: Demonstrate TOTVS software solutions with the objective of selling the best-fit solution, aligning it with prospects’ and customers’ strategic goals as well as the specific needs of their respective industries. Generate delight and trust through presentations in the Platforms Showroom and highly segmented speeches, delivered with deep subject-matter expertise. The professional will be responsible for ensuring sales success of software solutions, seamlessly engaging diverse audiences and delivering compelling, clear, assertive, and easily understandable communication—whether addressing technical teams or business-focused stakeholders—with emphasis on understanding customer needs and solving their challenges through TOTVS software. Responsibilities and Duties * Engage with TOTVS customers and/or prospects to clarify questions and propose solutions; * Identify customer and/or prospect needs through market research, studies, or information provided by Business Solutions Executives; * Develop and maintain a library of presentations incorporating points requested by Business Solutions Executives or identified during customer and/or prospect mapping; * Demonstrate TOTVS Supermarkets CONSINCO COMMERCIAL solutions to customers and/or prospects, adhering to the presentation checklist, script, and processes established by the department; * Complete documentation required by customers to generate implementation scopes and technical implementation proposals, leveraging technical and business knowledge aligned with customer and/or prospect requirements; * Support Business Solutions Executives in defending implementation proposals through technical and business expertise; * Resolve queries from the Services team regarding projects they are involved in, via meetings, emails, and phone calls; * Participate in solution-definition processes involving RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and/or RFP (Request for Proposal), collaborating with other departments and/or Architects as needed. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed bachelor’s degree; * Specialized knowledge in the relevant area and/or product; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace; * Prior experience required in implementation consulting, business process consulting within the market, and/or hands-on experience with: procurement management, production module, bill-of-materials, pricing, supply chain, inventory and operations, and goods receipt; * Willingness and ability to travel frequently. 2512080202191854274
