We strive to strengthen our purpose of building diverse teams and embracing all communities, cultures, and age groups." **Required Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with SAP HR; * Intermediate/Advanced English and Spanish; * Experience in customer service and/or relationship management; * Experience in expatriate compensation, taxation, payroll, and immigration matters; * Experience interacting professionally with executives and effectively presenting information; * Experience managing a large volume of global assignments simultaneously; **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide consultation and guidance to internal clients on global mobility matters, aligned with Nestlé’s global assignment policies, cost efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction; * Supervise and train the IBS service line for preparation, communication, and implementation of international transfer compensation packages, in accordance with applicable policies, relocation guidelines, and processes; * Serve as the NCE leader for case management and service delivery processes; * Drive continuous improvement projects; * Act as the key contact for Market stakeholders (HRBPs, Total Rewards, Payroll) on all Global Mobility topics throughout the expatriate lifecycle, coordinating related processes according to business needs; * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, e.g., Payroll, Immigration Team, relocation service providers, tax service providers; * Serve as a single point of contact; * Ensure master data in all systems—including SAP and the case management tool—is maintained by IBS; **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Experience making independent decisions and solving problems; * Ability to handle sensitive compensation and business information; * Understanding of the business environment; * Results-oriented mindset; * Proactive cooperation; * Initiative and resilience; * Knowledge of Global Mobility is a plus; We are a diverse, inclusive company with multiple perspectives and innovative ideas.
