Job Summary: Agex Urgent Transport is seeking a professional to handle document issuance, vehicle release, and customer service in a dispatch environment. Key Highlights: 1. Specialists in B2B deliveries, we also perform pickups and deliveries at wholesale chains, shopping malls, ports, and airports, serving major cities within up to 24 hours! Our fleet is satellite-tracked, and we offer online services such as: delivery status tracking, pickup scheduling, delivery time calculation, cargo traceability, digitalized proof of delivery, quotation center, etc. Our headquarters and Londrina branch are strategically located inside a 3.500 m² logistics terminal operating 24 hours per day. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Issuance of CT-e, manifest, waybill, and labels; * Vehicle release via system; * Quotation consultation and booking; * Verification of delivery proofs; * Reporting of non-shipped invoices; * Invoice sorting and customer service; * Support to the operations department. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in dispatch procedures; * Prior experience in transportation is a plus.
