Job Summary: Responsible for budgeting, purchasing, and supplier negotiations across various departments, aiming for optimal cost-effectiveness and monitoring pricing. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic supplier negotiation 2. End-to-end procurement process management 3. Product pricing development **Responsibilities:** * Prepare budgets and conduct purchases for all company departments (kitchen, events, maintenance, administration, etc.); * Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the **best cost\-benefit ratio, delivery timelines, and commercial terms**; * Execute purchase closures in accordance with planning and demand; * Directly handle kitchen orders (ingredients, food items, disposables, utensils); * Develop and monitor **appropriate product pricing**; * Maintain relationships with current suppliers and prospect new ones; * Control purchase orders, deliveries, and goods verification; * Support management with recurring cost and procurement data. **Requirements** * Proven experience in procurement; * Proficiency in budgeting, negotiations, and purchase closure; * Organizational skills, agility, and strong communication; * Analytical mindset and sense of responsibility; * Prior experience in companies with multiple departments or high-volume procurement is desirable.
