Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and updating the corporate budget, analyzing economic and financial feasibility, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing management reports, and identifying opportunities for financial improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in budgeting and financial planning. 2. Focus on feasibility analysis and improvement of financial efficiency. 3. Collaboration with various departments to generate strategic insights. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop and update the corporate budget (Budget and Forecasting) in collaboration with other departments; Conduct economic and financial feasibility analyses for projects and investments; Monitor financial indicators (KPIs), variances, and performance against targets; Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership, including strategic insights; Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement of financial efficiency; Support the development of macroeconomic scenarios and their impact on business operations; Collaborate with the Controller’s Office and Treasury on cash flow management and resource planning; Consolidate and analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement); Implement and improve internal control processes to mitigate operational and financial risks; Support external audits by providing required data and documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering; Master’s degree or specialization in Controller/Finance is desirable; Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Minimum two years of experience in controller functions, budgeting, or financial planning. **COMPETENCIES:** Organization; Proactivity; Self-management; Communication; Discipline; Creativity; Dynamism; Time management; Detail-oriented and analytical mindset. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT \- Remote work arrangement to be agreed upon **LOCATION:** Curitiba \| Paraná \| Água Verde neighborhood **SALARY:** To be negotiated **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance (VT), Meal voucher (R$ 40.00/day), Profit-sharing program (PLR) contingent upon goal achievement, Amil health insurance (1% salary deduction), Gympass, and Life insurance. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM\. **MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:** Bachelor’s degree
