IT infrastructure support Junior IT Technician to provide technical support to company employees, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems used in industrial and administrative daily operations. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to employees; * Perform maintenance on computers and printers; * Assist with installation and configuration of software and equipment; * Handle Help Desk service requests; * Provide basic network, internet, and telephony support; * Manage and organize IT equipment; * Assist in monitoring and maintaining internal systems; * Support IT infrastructure requirements at the industrial unit. ### **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a technical course in Information Technology or related fields; * Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networks; * Prior user support experience is a plus; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity.
