We are seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to deliver courteous, efficient, and empathetic customer service while providing clear information about the company’s products and services. Responsibilities and Duties Provide in-person customer service; * Greet and serve the public courteously and efficiently; * Issue service requests; * Provide information about products, services, and company policies; * Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints; * Record complaints, suggestions, and compliments in the system; * Update customer registration data; * Maintain an organized service environment; * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure service quality. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * At least 18 years of age; * Willingness to travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Good typing speed.
