Development and qualification of new suppliers Position: Purchasing Analyst Position Objective Responsible for executing and monitoring the company’s purchasing processes, ensuring the acquisition of materials, products, and services with quality, within appropriate timelines, and at optimal cost\-benefit, aligned with internal policies. Main Responsibilities * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines * Develop and qualify new suppliers * Analyze commercial and technical proposals * Manage contracts and commercial agreements * Prepare and update Excel-based control spreadsheets and managerial reports * Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies * Drive cost reduction and continuous process improvement Requirements Education: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields Experience: * Prior experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain * Experience in supplier negotiation and management Technical Knowledge (Mandatory): * **Intermediate or advanced Excel** (procV/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data control) * Microsoft Office Suite * Negotiation techniques Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
