In this key position, you will assume responsibility for key account management of existing aerospace customers and strategically develop these accounts. Simultaneously, you will establish new customer relationships in international markets. With fluent English, technical understanding, and a professional demeanor, you will represent RÜBIG worldwide. Clear communication, close internal coordination, and consistent project follow-up form the foundation of your successful work.
**You are passionate about:**

* Strategic management and development of our key accounts in the aerospace segment
* Expanding existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
* Targeted new customer acquisition in international markets
* Consulting on innovative heat treatment processes and customer-specific technical solutions
* Independent preparation of quotations and leading negotiations
* Structured project support and precise tracking of all project-related steps
* Close collaboration with engineering, production, quality management, and other internal departments
* Participation in trade fairs
**You bring along:**
--------------------
* Completed technical education (vocational college, university of applied sciences, or university)
* Experience in heat treatment is advantageous
* Experience in international B2B sales—ideally in key account management
* Industry knowledge in aviation (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2)
* Proficiency with relevant standards (ISO 9001, EN 9100, Nadcap) as well as regulations and contracts
* Willingness to travel for active key account management
* Highly accurate, structured, and detail-oriented work style, plus strong communication skills—both internally and externally
* High self-motivation, results orientation, and enthusiasm for customer interaction

The collectively agreed gross annual salary for this position starts at €49,278.74. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are prepared to offer significantly higher remuneration.
