Control of materials, schedule, and site measurements **Position:** Site Supervisor **Area:** Civil Construction **Employment Type:** CLT **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and supervise on-site work execution in accordance with design plans, schedules, and quality standards; * Coordinate teams of masons, laborers, carpenters, and other professionals; * Assign tasks and guide the team on correct execution methods; * Control usage of materials, equipment, and tools; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Monitor measurements, productivity, and physical progress of the project; * Report to the responsible engineer, communicating needs, deviations, and service progress; * Maintain site organization and cleanliness. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction; * Basic knowledge of scheduling, measurements, and material control; * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations (NRs); * Leadership, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in Building Construction or related fields; * Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects; * Knowledge of quality control and productivity management. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and accountability; * Effective communication; * Proactivity; * Decision-making ability; * Commitment to deadlines and quality. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance.
