Job Summary: Responsible for commercial support and customer service, lead tracking and report completion, requiring proactivity and a results-oriented focus. Key Highlights: 1. Requires proactivity, organization, and a results-oriented focus. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Remote work with 3 in-person days per week \- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturday) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT Responsible for commercial support in customer service, lead tracking, report completion, sending payment links, and other related tasks. **Requirements:** **Basic Requirements:** Completed high school education. Computer literacy including Excel proficiency (tables, formulas, charts). System operation skills. Proficiency with digital tools and social media for communication. Experience in face-to-face or call center customer service. Must have a laptop and internet access. **Required Competencies:** Proactivity, organization, initiative, commitment to assigned tasks, results orientation, communication skills, analytical ability, and commercial agility. **Compensation:** Salary (R$ 1\.850,00\) \+ Cost-of-living allowance (R$ 250,00\) \+ Transportation and Meal Vouchers (for in-person days) **Benefits:** Cost-of-living allowance, Transportation voucher
